This is the big tool bag used to contain the screw jack, jack handle, knockoff hammer or wheel brace, and tire pump. Also put the smaller tool roll inside here. Place the whole thing on top of the spare tire and strap it to the bulkhead, right under the engine starting handle.

This is the later style strap installation where the return run of the web straps comes through a couple of slits in the spare tire cover.
