Twin Cam Engine with FUEL INJECTION - TC-102B
This bit is more of a curiosity than any historical significance. It is a Morris Engines Branch experimental twin cam engine. Two interesting bits here are, screw adjustable valve tappets, and mechanical fuel injection driven from back end of the inlet camshaft.

This engine design never progressed beyond the development lab. The screw adjustable cam followers were similar to the Wolseley 6/80's, but more likely derived from a Hispano Suiza V8 aero engine. It proved too weak for the high revving twin-cam engine as disc tappets were apt to snap off with disastrous results. No word on what ever happened to the mechanical fuel injection (probably too expensive).
