The photos above were supplied by Larry Wheeler in October 2008. At first glance this one looks somewhat like the Parish Plastics hardtop (photo below), except for enlarged rear window. The slope of the surface just above the window appears nearly identical. There may not be any step relief for the window seal rubber molding, which would imply that the opening may have been cut larger than original, finishing on a flush surface all around. Someone at Smoothline said they cannot identify it as either Smoothline or Parish.

Addendum February 26, 2022:
Here we are 14 years later, same hardtop, same paint, same scratches, and some more pictures from a Craigslist sales ad. Apparently still no one has figured out what this is, but it does seem to be modified to make the rear window larger.
