STEERING WHEEL REMOVER - 18G70

18G70 - Steering wheel remover tool.
Introduced with Confidential Service Memorandum MG/304 in March 1960, this is a universal thrust pad with no threads. A slot at the side allows for passsage of wires for those cars that have a horn push in the steering wheel. This part replaces two prior parts that had threads. It is (was) avalable as a separate piece number 18G70C to upgrade the prior tool assemblies. The part number for the complete tool remains 18G70.
