These pages concern the Hub Extensions and Brake Disc that are attached to the rotating bearing housing (with pressed in studs) on the rear axle of the MGA Twin Cam, and subsequently the MGA 1600 and 1600-MK-II cars that were assembled with the ARDB option (All Round DiscBrakes).
Refer to illustration at right (click for larger image).
Item 49 is the AJC5182 R/H or AJC5183 L/H Hub Extension (early model). These are later ATB7252 R/H or ATB7253 R/H.
The ATB7254 Brake Disc (no illustration number) attaches to the inboard side of the rotating bearing hub.
Item 47 is the ATB7255 gasket (later changed to BTB252) to seal the hub extension to the rotating bearing hub.
The rotating bearing hub and press fit studs are covered on preceding pages, with part numbers in numerical sequence.
