Two of this piece were procured from Moss Motors (part number 471-010) in June 2008. There is too much arch in the middle causing the sides to sit high so the part will rock back and forth if not secured. If held level when installing the Tinnerman fastener to equalize gaps at both sides it may look okay from 10 feet away. It did not fit well enough to suit me and my daily driver car, so I reinstalled the older ones purchased from Moss in 1986 (which do fit properly).


Addendum, October 12, 2021:
I just bought another one from Moss and tried to install it today. Same problem, never fixed since 2008. I cannot believe they can stil be selling this POC 13 years later, and still be in busuiness. What I'm really sorry about is that I ended up paying for another one because I forgot about this problem and didn't ask at time of order. Moss is officially notified (again) on 10/15/2021.
