I measured between the wheel pegs on a steel disc wheel as well as I can with a tape measure, and made a CAD drawing to verify this. The ones that seem to fit the bill for this would be MOPAR or AMC as it looks like Chrysler and American Motors wheels from the late '50s to early 70's used this size cap.
