"I found that from the right rear of my frame to the left front was off 1/4 of an inch. Still within limits but when looking at the front it seem to me that the left wheel looked off. Might of been my imagination but I figured I might as well take it to the frame shop and have them straighten the 1/4 inch that was off. Plus making sure I didn't screw up on my measurements. ---
The waiting time to get in the shop was three months and I finally dropped it off last Friday at closing time (July 1 prior to holiday weekend). Saturday afternoon I got a call it was done. It was off a 1/4 of an inch plus he found that the left front was bent upward. Car had been in an accident sometime in the past. He straighten everything out on the frame. Then came the bill. ... $128. --- Can you beat that? Even helped load it on my trailer. Seems the guy is into sportscars too".
Bare frame, no engine nor transmission, body was off the frame. Still had the tires on which made it easier for him.
